Real projects, labeled exactly as what they are.
Everything below comes from my own projects. I don’t present my own websites as client results, and I don’t invent numbers. When I have paying-client case studies, they’ll be labeled as such.
Worked in USA
Limousine bookings · Fort Worth, Texas.
What it is: a limousine booking website I built and manage.
What I did: built the site from scratch, designed the service × location page architecture, implemented on-page SEO and schema markup, and handled the NAP and citation fundamentals.
The evidence: the site ranks on Google and has generated 3 documented booking leads through organic search — real quote and booking-form submissions from real customers, with zero ad spend.
The honest lesson: this worked in a competitive market of around one million people. The page structure that captured real booking intent here ports directly to smaller home-service markets, where the same system has more headroom.
Search Performance Evidence
Previous SEO Work — real Google Search Console data
Last 28 days: 66 organic clicks, 8.15K impressions. Honest context: average position 47.9 and 0.8% click-through rate mean most impressions come from deeper results pages — this is a work in progress, not a victory lap. What it proves: hands-on experience building and ranking a real website. What it doesn’t prove: revenue or client results.6-month comparison: clicks 16 → 118, impressions 1.72K → 26.4K. A steady upward trajectory from consistent on-page SEO and content work — no ads, no shortcuts. Clicks show growing Google visibility; they don’t show revenue.Top-performing pages by clicks. Service pages capturing real local booking intent (for example, Classic Car Rental Fort Worth: 29 clicks, +107%). This is what local SEO looks like in practice: the right pages, for the right searches, earning the click.
HVAC niche websites — my own test projects.
Five websites · HVAC niche · USA.
What they are: five websites I built in the HVAC niche to test keyword research, on-page SEO, and local ranking strategies in a real competitive market.
What I did: mapped hundreds of keywords by service and city, built location-focused page structures, implemented on-page SEO, and tracked everything in Google Search Console.
The evidence: real Google Search Console data — impressions, positions, clicks. I’m showing the small numbers too, because these are learning assets, not trophy case studies — and that’s exactly why the data is trustworthy.
What it proves: deep, hands-on familiarity with HVAC keywords, search intent, and what it actually takes to compete — the same knowledge I bring to client work.
Sample local SEO audit — methodology demo, not a paid engagement.
Full local SEO audit · DFW-area service company.
What it is: a complete local SEO audit I performed on a real company, using a structured A–Z methodology — scored across content, technical SEO, local signals, and authority.
What it shows: how I work. Every finding is evidenced, every gap is marked honestly instead of guessed, and the report ends with a prioritized fix-list — the same process I run (in lighter form, free) before any engagement.
Why it’s here: so you can judge the depth and honesty of my work before you ever pay for it.
